Breanna’s Yoga Story
 

 

Yoga has been an integral part of Breanna's life for 9 years. Breanna has been teaching yoga since her first Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Bernie Clark in 2014. She is currently a 200 hr Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher E- RYT 200hr), 500 hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT - 500hr) and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP). Breanna's thirst for learning is endless. She has a long list of Certifications, including restorative, Nidra, meditation, chair, prenatal, kids, aerial, and acro yoga. At the moment she is continuing her education and is near completion of her training as a Yoga Therapist.

Yoga can be another way to exercise or it can be a practice that helps one to develop a deep intimate relationship with themselves. Breanna finds inspiration from her yoga practice to engage deeply

with the world as she lives her daily life. Yoga has allowed Breanna to embrace and truly inhabit her own body with love and compassion.

Breanna believes strongly in the power of movement and breath on the physical, mental-emotional body. Breanna's classes are known for creating a space of non-judgement and deep relaxation. Her classes are centred around uplifting mindful movement and opportunities to explores one's own intuitive movement to nourish all aspects of one's self.
